Favorite Verse: 2 Timothy 1:7 - "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, of love, and of self-control." 

Personal: I was blessed by having been raised in a Christian home. Both my parents love the Lord and really live their faith in a tangible way. I learned from an early age that Jesus died for my sins and for the sins of everyone who places their faith in Him. I don't remember the exact day I trusted in Him, but I know it was when I was very young. As is true of many young Christians, certain things didn't make sense to me and caused me to ask a lot of questions. I still don't understand everything, but I do know that because of my faith in Jesus, He has prepared a place for me in heaven.
