Personal: I was raised in a Christian home, but I did not have a relationship with Jesus Christ until I was 14 years old. When I was at soccer camp, a speaker explained that I was separated from God because of my sin. Only faith in Jesus' work on the cross is able to give me a relationship with God again. Since camp, God has continued to show me that only He can give me joy and fulfillment in life. My relationship with the living God and living to glorify Him brings me joy in this life. I also know that I will live forever with Him. This life is not always easy or happy, but knowing God's love for me never runs out gives me an everlasting peace and joy.
